Weighing and traceability for the operational floor.
Multi-Weigh Technologies builds the software, and connects the scales, scanners, label printers and dimensioners, that capture weights, measurements and stock movement where the work happens. One reliable record, from intake to dispatch. Since 1990.
NutLogger
From the farm gate. NutLogger records each delivery by grower, farm, orchard and cultivar, then follows it through curing, cracking, warehousing and dispatch, with grower reporting and export documentation built in.
Our solutions process over 80% of South African macadamias.

Check-weighing
In-line checkweighers weigh product in motion and reject anything outside its target weight. Each weight is linked to its unit, batch or transaction, and verified before goods leave your facility.

Dimensioning
Scan, weigh, dimension and image in one process. LED light curtains measure length, width and height as goods move, and each measurement is linked to a serialised transaction for freight, billing and query resolution.

Packhouse
Labels keep the physical product linked to its digital record. The Packhouse Management System connects receiving, grading, weighing, packing, labelling, warehousing and dispatch in one workflow.

Warehouse
Know what stock you have, where it is and how it moved. Scan-based workflows record each receipt, move, pick and dispatch, and management gets stock reports without waiting for manual consolidation.

One continuous chain of information
Weighing equipment records trusted measurements. Barcodes identify products and batches. Scanners record movement. Software connects each transaction. Labels keep the physical product linked to its digital record.

Our solutions process over 80% of South African macadamias.
Jonathan Swiel founded Multi-Weigh in 1990 with production scales and check-weighers. Adcock Ingram became the first customer that year, a relationship that continues to this day.
Built in South Africa and proven across borders: Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Ethiopia, Russia, Tunisia and Australia.
