- Support 7 days a week, workflow review and system planning, user setup, basic reporting setup, remote demo and onboarding guidance, and implementation planning.
- Warehouse management
- Support 7 days a week, training, unlimited support hours and annual escalation, with implementation and optimisation support.
- Check-weighing and dimensioning
- An initial consultation, a workflow and requirements review, hardware requirement planning, system scope definition and integration planning, then a quotation based on the hardware and implementation scope.

Does Multi-Weigh only provide weighing systems?
No. Multi-Weigh started with weighing and check-weighing, and now offers NutLogger ERP, Packhouse Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Automated Check-Weighing Systems and Dimensioning and Weighing Systems.
Can Multi-Weigh software connect to hardware?
Yes. It connects with operational hardware such as scales, barcode scanners, label printers, touchscreens, dimensioners and other data capture points, where required.
Are the systems customised?
The systems are configured around each operation's workflow, users, products, hardware requirements and reporting needs. Advanced customisation may be quoted separately.
